Hello, I would like to request a refund for the Chart AI – Trading Assistant subscription. I installed the app once and selected the free trial, which stated “cancel anytime”.

I only opened the app once on the first day, and then deleted it after realizing it was not usable without a paid plan. I had no idea the trial would automatically charge my ShopeePay without further confirmation.

I did not intend to subscribe or use the service beyond the trial. Kindly consider this refund request as I haven’t used the service at all after the initial login. Thank you for your help and understanding.
