Please help me ### 3/5 — you were good, i’m waiting for you to be great. *2026-08-22, version 1.25* fun game, great idea. firstly, it is pretty difficult to chart. with players having the freedom to release at any rate, the charts are flooded. and as a result of frequent spam releases, streaming numbers are outrageous. of course it’s only a game, but for a game that is meant to be a simulation of the music industry in real life, it makes no sense to lose the vast majority of popularity and monthly listeners after only an in-game year without releasing. this strips players of the creative side of the game who may want to plan structured album rollouts. secondly, it is deeply frustrating trying to rebuild popularity after a bad tour. there seems to be little to do while waiting to be able to travel again, but leaving the game means we miss shows that cause irreversible damage to city popularity. if there was more to do while waiting, or even ways to come back from an awful tour, that would be amazing. ### 2/5 — Let me delete one of my artistsss *2026-08-19, version 1.25* Everytime I try to delete one of my artists it never lets me I’ve tried EVERYTHINGGGG and it’s not working please fix thissss ### 4/5 — Tour *2026-08-13, version 1.25* Fix the tour please won’t let me start it only can create one ### 4/5 — Problems *2026-08-08, version 1.25* Please add something like record labels or even management or even music videos I would prefer like something like this before the next update or something major like maybe all of them if that’s possible I would prefer maybe like you could do soundtracks too. But despite the fun updates, there aren’t enough updates regarding the glitches in the game. Twitter isn’t loading, the content service is still down which impacts most of the profiles in the apps, the monthly listeners go down too fast, numbers are too inconsistent and low despite having millions of followers, app can be laggy sometimes. These things make the game unplayable and not enjoyable. I really hope these things get fixed very soon. Uninstalled it within 5 seconds. ### 1/5 — They delete your account and steal. *2026-07-27, version 1.25* I wouldn’t recommend this game. They have no problem taking your money, but once you finally start gaining traction and becoming successful, they can delete or ban your account without giving a clear reason. It feels like they protect their favorite players while everyone else is left with no answers. The game itself is also extremely laggy, with constant bugs that make it frustrating to play. On top of that, customer support is almost nonexistent. I’ve reached out multiple times through email and social media and haven’t received any meaningful help. It makes no sense that I've 140 billion streams, only 2.5 million followers, less than 1000 monthly listeners, and cannot sell out a cheap tour. Also, that I've to pay and travel to every tour location? Song collaborations with bigger artists always do worse than solo projects. Then, energy is the worst.. and you're constricted on where you can travel. You spend millions on promoting albums and have to wait eons to recoup those funds. Plus, a new day every single hour? What about when people are sleeping? I suppose they'll miss those tours unless they pay money not to. I'm about to uninstall this game and never revisit it.
