## What is CharterAgent ONE?

CharterAgent ONE is City/County Specific Closing Cost app that comes preloaded with calculations and closing costs for Real Estate Professionals. It allows them to easily and quickly generate Buyer Estimates and Seller Net Sheets from their iPhone and iPad. CharterAgent ONE also allows the user to fully customize email/printouts for their clients.

Getting started is simple. Download the ONE app now and sign up for a free 30-day trial. We have monthly and annual plans available. 

ONE Premium costs $0.99 per month (monthly plan) OR $9.99 per year (annual plan).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. You can cancel any time during your 30-day free trial via the iTunes store settings and then you will not be charged. Further, plans automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your iTunes account 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. With ONE Premium you have: 

• After the 30 day free trial, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account corresponding to the plan chosen.
• ONE Premium Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
