The way they have increased the fares for these chartered buses, their service is absolutely not like that. And they’ve hiked the rates for non-AC buses too, but the bus is exactly the same old one — it’s making noise, the window is shaking. The service is really bad .. ### 2/5 — Worst AC Bus Experience on Indore–Chanderi Route *2026-05-27* Very disappointing experience on the Indore–Chanderi route. The so-called AC bus didn’t even have a proper inside gate — only a plastic curtain. Near the Isagarh point, because of the kacchi road, dust kept entering the bus the entire journey, and the AC vents were blowing dusty air inside. I had to wear a mask throughout the trip, and the suffocating dusty environment even made me feel like vomiting. You are charging premium fares while providing third-class service. The buses on this route are poorly maintained and completely unfit for comfortable travel. At least maintain basic standards if passengers are paying full price. ### 2/5 — Improve your Ui *2026-03-03* Please provide bus number when the seat is booked so that the passenger didn’t get confused to find there appreciate bus ### 1/5 — Complaint Regarding Delay and Unprofessional Conduct of Chartered Bus Service (Jorhat–Guwahati, 28 N *2025-11-28* I would like to bring your notice an issue faced by all passengers travelling on the 3:30 PM chartered bus service from Jorhat to Guwahati on 28 November 2025. The bus was initially delayed by 30 minutes, which the passengers accepted, as the staff informed us that the delay was due to non-availability of staff and the process of obtaining the travel pass at ISBT Guwahati. However, after departure, the bus was again halted at Jorabat for nearly 20 minutes, solely to wait for a passenger allotted Seat No. 5E. This caused further inconvenience to all travellers. We wish to know whether it is the policy of the chartered bus service to wait 10–20 minutes for individual passengers after the scheduled departure time, thereby delaying the journey for everyone else. Such practices are highly inconvenient and reflect poorly on the service management. Therefore, I sincerely request the concerned authority to issue strict instructions to the driver and staff to avoid such delays in future and ensure timely departure and smooth operation of the service. The bus broke down twice during the journey from Panna to Indore, causing long delays and a lot of inconvenience. This shows poor maintenance and lack of responsibility. My trip details are also not available, even after having future journey ticket. ### 1/5 — Do not travel with charted *2025-05-17* Terrible Experience on Bhopal to Indore Bus I had one of the worst travel experiences ever on a bus journey from Bhopal to Indore. The AC wasn’t working properly throughout the ride, making the entire trip extremely uncomfortable—especially in the scorching heat. Despite paying for an AC bus, there was barely any cooling, and the staff didn’t care at all when passengers complained. To make matters worse, the bus dropped me off in the middle of nowhere instead of the promised stop at Vijaynagar. They assured us there would be a pickup from that location, but no vehicle ever showed up. I was left stranded on the road with no proper help or communication. The staff was rude, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a total lack of concern for passengers’ safety and comfort.
