## What is Chartlotse?

Learn to read charts — with a pilot at your side.

Chartlotse explains the basics of trading in plain language: candlestick charts, trends, support and resistance, breakouts, risk and the stop — no jargon, no pressure, no real money.

YOUR WAY ABOARD

• LESSONS: Short, understandable units with diagrams — from your first look at a candle all the way to patterns and risk management.
• CHART TRAINING: Practise on freshly generated charts every time. Spot the trend, draw in your own entry and stop — with instant feedback and pilot's tips.
• HARBOR STORIES: Short stories from everyday trading that show typical mistakes and mental traps — each with a quiz to make you think.
• STRATEGY VOYAGES: Get to know complete approaches, step by step.
• E-BOOKS: In-depth volumes to read at your own pace, right inside the app.
• GLOSSARY: Tap any technical term and get it explained on the spot.

AN APP THAT THINKS ALONG

Chartlotse adapts to you: depending on how confidently you answer, the app offers to take you a level deeper or to ease off. Points, badges and your learning streak keep you on course.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU

No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Your progress is stored on your device only. The app works completely offline.

TWO LANGUAGES

German and English — switch at any time in the settings. Lessons, stories, glossary, e-books and training all change with it.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Chartlotse is purely a learning app. It offers no investment advice, no buy or sell recommendations and no trading with real money. Trading carries substantial risk of loss — always form your own judgement.

Cast off — your pilot is waiting.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-09-12

English is on board!

• The whole app now speaks English as well as German — lessons, quizzes, harbor stories, the glossary, all six e-books and the chart training.
• Switch language any time under Settings → App language. Your progress stays exactly where it is.
• New installs pick the language from your device automatically.
• Chart training fix: on the higher levels the chart now leaves room above and below the candles, so entry and stop can always be dragged far enough.
