## What is ChartMath?

ChartMath is a stock screener with the backtest attached. Every screen ships with its win rate, profit factor, and sample size, frozen at publish and never edited after.

Now you can paper trade the setup too, with simulated money and live market prices.

HOW THE AI WORKS

Our agents read price action, market regime, indicator combinations, and historical patterns, and propose new screens continuously. Each candidate goes through the same backtester we use internally: win rate, profit factor, expectancy, drawdown. Only survivors ship. Nothing is curated by vibes.

MULTI-ASSET COVERAGE

Now screening:
- US equities (NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, AMZN, META, GOOG, MSFT, and 500+ more)
- Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, and 50+ more)
- Futures (ES, NQ, YM, CL, GC)

One screen, every asset class. Switch timeframes from 1-minute to monthly without leaving the screen.

BACKTESTED, FROZEN, VISIBLE

Every screen shows the full backtest: win rate, profit factor, average gain, max drawdown, sample size, last update. The numbers are timestamped and frozen. We never edit a win rate after publishing.

PAPER TRADE THE SETUP

Every paper trade starts from a screen that already has evidence behind it. The ticket carries an entry, a required stop, and a take-profit target. You choose how much of the paper account to risk, and ChartMath calculates the share count from the distance to your stop. You see the dollar loss at the stop before you place the trade.

Portfolio tracks what is open. Stats shows expectancy, profit factor, win rate with sample size, and whether your stops held. One trade is noise. The batch is the verdict.

MARKET BREADTH

See how many stocks are actually participating before you take a setup. Breadth tracks the percentage of stocks trading above their 20, 50, and 200 period moving averages, with the count and the median distance from each. Above 70 percent is broad strength. A thin reading means a handful of names are holding the market up. Sector rotation shows which sectors are leading and which are rolling over.

WHAT YOU GET

- 200+ AI-validated screens across stocks, crypto, and futures
- Paper trading with a required stop, a target, and risk-based position sizing
- Portfolio and stats: expectancy, profit factor, win rate, stop adherence
- Market breadth and sector rotation: percent of stocks above the 20, 50, and 200 SMA
- Real-time scanning every minute the market is open
- Swipe-based discovery: see the chart, see the data, decide in seconds
- Smart alerts on your watchlist, deduplicated and throttled
- Plain-English reasoning for every setup

WHO IT'S FOR

- Swing traders with a day job, who need the market watched while they work
- Traders moving from gut calls to a written process with risk on every trade
- Anyone who wants to test a setup with simulated money before risking real capital
- Crypto traders who want backtested setups, not Twitter calls
- Futures traders who want clean entry signals on ES, NQ, CL
- Anyone who got burned by AI-signal apps with edited win rates

WHAT WE DON'T DO

Most signal apps guess. They edit win rates after the fact, charge for a coin flip, and bury the data behind a paywall. We got tired of that game.

No upsells inside the app. No edited win rates. No 5-star nag screens. No stacked subscriptions. One price, every screener, every backtest.

Trade discovery, the way it should work.

For educational purposes only. Not financial advice. Paper trading uses simulated money and live prices. Simulated results do not guarantee future performance.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.11 — 2026-08-13

A friendlier first run, and a lot of sharper edges.

Guidance when you need it. Explore the app freely from the first launch, and short tips appear right where a feature lives, once each.

Search that finds nothing now lets you request the stock.

Discover: filters persist, the price cap holds on every card, and an empty deck says why.

Alerts on a closed trade open on History. Screen alerts open the right screen and timeframe.

Also: clearer card contrast in both themes, a region step that works on a weak connection, and we stop asking for your broker once you have told us.

### 1.3.9 — 2026-08-06

No new features this time. Small fixes and housekeeping.

Nothing removed, nothing quietly changed, and no win rates edited. Normal service.

The screens kept running the whole time, which is the part that matters.

### 1.3.7 — 2026-08-03

ChartMath is live in India. And paper trading is live for US stocks and crypto.

- Screen NSE. Pick India at signup and run the same backtested screens as everywhere else, each with its win rate, profit factor, and sample size frozen at publish. Screening only for now.
- Paper trading, US stocks and crypto. Place a simulated trade straight from a screen with live prices, a required stop loss, and a take-profit target. Pick how much of the paper account to risk and ChartMath works out the share count from the distance to your stop. The loss at the stop is on the ticket before you commit.
- Stats that keep score. Portfolio tracks what is open. Stats shows expectancy, profit factor, win rate with sample size, and whether your stops actually held.
- Trade timeline. Open any position in Portfolio and see what happened and when, from signal to entry to exit.
- Truer backtest numbers. Equity curves now cover the full range, trade dates show the actual trade span, and entry markers sit at the moment the signal was actionable.
- Faster signup. Onboarding asks which market you trade first, so the screens you see are yours from the first swipe.

Also in this release: strategies judged on their own record, chart lines that clear when you swipe, VWAP fixed on zero-volume sessions, and market breadth for your selected region.

Paper trading is here.

- Paper trade any setup. Place a simulated trade straight from a screen, with live prices, a required stop loss, and a take-profit target. Choose your risk and ChartMath sizes the position for you.
- Portfolio and stats. Track open paper trades, then read expectancy, profit factor, win rate with sample size, and whether your stops held.
- Market breadth. See how broadly stocks are participating: percent above the 20, 50, and 200 SMA, plus sector rotation and cap tiers. Know whether a rally is broad or narrow before you act.
