I had a pretty bad experience with this charter app. Whenever I tried to book a ticket, it kept redirecting me back, and I faced a lot of trouble booking tickets on it; often, the booking wouldn't go through at all.👎🏻

Very poor experience. I booked a metro ticket through the app, but at the exit gate the app stopped working and wouldn’t open. I was stuck at Sikandarpur Metro Station and had to depend on station staff to exit. This is unacceptable for a ticketing app. It should work reliably, especially during entry/exit. Please fix stability issues urgently.

I had a very bad and disappointing experience with the **Chartr** bus ticket booking app. My booking process was extremely frustrating and it created a big problem for my travel. The app did not work properly and the support was also not helpful when I needed assistance.

Because of this experience, I completely lost my trust in this application. When people book bus tickets, they expect reliability and smooth service, but unfortunately this app failed to provide even the basic support.

I want to give advice to other people in India: please be careful before using this app and do not rely on it for important travel plans. A ticket booking platform should make travel easier, not create more problems for passengers.

Very disappointed with this service. I hope the developers seriously improve the app so other users do not face the same issues.
