The app did not work properly and the support was also not helpful when I needed assistance. Because of this experience, I completely lost my trust in this application. When people book bus tickets, they expect reliability and smooth service, but unfortunately this app failed to provide even the basic support. I want to give advice to other people in India: please be careful before using this app and do not rely on it for important travel plans. A ticket booking platform should make travel easier, not create more problems for passengers. Very disappointed with this service.
