It usually crashes mid song anywhere from 1-5 times any given Sunday. Really makes it difficult to not look at other apps because the crashing is intolerable. Otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars ### 2/5 — Lacking features *2026-07-30, version 2026.1.5* I would like to see midi capabilities similar to on song to automatically change guitar presets. Also needs the option to scroll vertical. It wouldn't be too bad if the entire song could fit in a single page but due to the format, I end up flipping the pages back and forth. Multitracks chart builder and on song are much better suited for my needs. ### 3/5 — app keeps refreshing in the middle *2026-07-23, version 2026.1.5* I don’t know if this the fault of “charts” or the fault of “rehearse” but the app keeps resetting in the middle of playing the rehearsal track. also the mixer for the rehearsal track is almost useless because if I want to listen with verbals cues or clicks turned down low, I can”adjust the volume but it’s still too loud. the mixer for the other instruments is also not accurately labeled so as to properly adjust those volumes for both being able to completely turn off any given instrument in order to rehearse or perform. I want to be able to hear just one instrument with a little bit of the others for learning the song and turn off completely an instrument for performance so that it can be played without overlap of the live band and that instrument on the track. I’m a band member user, the worship leader pays for the app so perhaps this is a feature that requires an upgrade. ### 4/5 — Kann man gebrauchen *2026-06-05, version 2026.1.5* Richtiger Querformat und Vorbild wäre gut wie manche schon erwähnt haben. Und manchmal gibt’s in der Band Probleme wenn der Gitarrist capo einstellt dann kann man Tonart nicht mehr ändern. Offline lässt sich den Tonart und auch Quelle nicht ändern. Date of new service is always 7 days ahead, should default to next sequential Sunday, and add option to change this default if needed. 2. ChordPro option is useful but clunky; provide template and documentation to allow emulation of CCLI formatted sheets 3. Orphaned text at bottom of song sheets is annoying and user should be allowed to suppress those. Takes two actions to go to next song instead of one. 4. Printing defaults to all pages. Have to deselect pages not to print. Change to positive check off so only pages user selects are printed. Have option to choose original behavior. Otherwise a useful app. ### 3/5 — Often Won’t Load *2025-10-26, version 2025.7.0* I love the app, I just often find it glitchy. Sometimes it just doesn’t connect and won’t let me load my set. I OFTEN will need to restart the app to get it to work, and sometimes need to switch off my wifi and connect via a hotspot. All my band members are experiencing similar issues in similar locations. ### 4/5 — Good app. Improvements possible *2025-09-08, version 2025.6.1* For anyone that is still using actual sheets of paper for music, make the switch to digital! It is so much better. Love the ease of using this app, connecting it to our CCLI license, how a set auto-populates for others when one person enters it. Also love that printing a set list takes a few seconds now, rather than the painful amount of time it took previously. Here are the improvements that could be made: editing ChordPro gets messed up sometimes when inserting chords from the menu; I would love to be able to occasionally delete a pages from a song if we’re not playing that part (to clean up the set list); wish I could change text size on single charts (not just globally); feel like there could be a few more options when adding text/drawing on top of a chart. Overall great app though and I’ll continue to keep using it. Found it a lot more approachable than Onsong or similar apps ### 2/5 — No use for individuals *2025-07-06, version 2025.6.0* Used the app a few years ago when I was church planting, and stopped when I went on sabbatical and left the church. Currently pickiing up my guitar again to work the rust out of my fingers before starting up again. The app will asks for details of my church/organisation as a requirement before use. I have none. I want to use it as an individual to practice/improve at home BEFORE using my instrument in public worship. Tried 3 different brands and multiple devices but no matter the iPad or device it doesn’t work. Page turners still moves pdf pages though. Really difficult to annotate anything. ### 3/5 — Problem With Charts That Needs To Be Fixed *2024-06-22* I have been using Charts for a while now, and it’s a great tool to have for song service ministry, however there is one annoying problem that I have noticed that should be removed to greatly help the tool apps (especially charts). The issue is that when another person or ID is invited to join another person’s specific group/section/etc, and they want to access the songs that the other person has already installed into their song list, sometimes (more like likely now), the charts app with appear with an error message saying it can’t load the song (don’t know why, even with proper internet connection), and this is really annoying because it hinders the app from being used. Please fix it, and it will be greatly appreciated. The text box auto indents the first line. When switching services the app hangs. It is quicker to force quit the app, reopen and select the service you want. The UX needs some improvements, I suspect it was designed by developers not UX designers. The key drop down doesn’t indicate which key was the original. Sometimes I want to make some chord changes but I don’t because I don’t want to mess things up for the base player for example can there be a way for me to make chord changes that only show on my device ### 5/5 — Bug issue *2026-02-07, version 2026.1.4* I really like this app and use it often, especially for transposing songs. Overall, it’s very helpful and well-designed. However, I noticed a few issues I hope can be improved: When I transpose a song to G#, the app produces errors. All other keys seem to work fine—this issue only happens with G#. Some slash chords become unnecessarily complicated. For example, when transposing Db/F to sharps, I expect C#/F, but the app outputs C#/E#, which is technically correct but not practical for most musicians. It would be great to have an option to accurately switch between flats and sharps, using musician-friendly spellings rather than theoretical equivalents. I really enjoy using this app and appreciate the work behind it. These are just a few concerns that, if fixed, would make the app even better. The only thing is that I need to print music for some people I play with. You can print, but it doesn’t print annotations(notes I’ve made for road map, highlights, etc). And works great! We quite often change key to suit whoever is singing and the update in this app is on the fly and so fluid you can literally see the update in real-time, wow! This app is one of 3 main apps by WORSHIP TOOLS - all of which are offered FREE and they coordinate with each other to provide a smooth delivery of our Worship services. When you set a date and select a song, it populates in the Presentor app for on-screen display during Worship. The Planning app allows you to setup users for access and add songs to your library as well as schedule people to serve in different capacities - such as usher etc. Overall we’ve been blown away at what an upgrade this software package has been - so much I had to write this review. ### 5/5 — FANTASTIC!!!! *2024-02-25, version 2024.1.1* The app is totally worth it. 👌🏻 It needs some fixes such treating pages like actual PDF files instead of zooming inside the page frame.
