They both use the very same app the way my second credit Union has structured. Their app is so much better than the way Chartway has done theirs. When you’re in the middle of a process and they shut you out it’s ridiculous that you have to start over again. If you’re sitting there and you’re not doing anything yes, please turn it off. I’ve used almost every bank known for 40 years. This all took out my loan payment 3x in one month. Fix the app so I can see when my auto payment is set. Why is there a transfer to loan and an auto payment. Also, when I pay my credit card bill with a transfer, the money is immediately taken out of my anoint, but the payment to the credit card takes up to two days. My other credit union allows me to see transactions and transfers are immediate.
