To start the free trial, I chose the yearly payment and signed up. I then tried the app and decided I have no real need for it and wanted to cancel everything. I used the email they have provided in reviews, came back as not found. I then went to terms and conditions, it simply says, under contract us, to contact them but gives no way to do so. I also tried contact us in the menu but that brought up the mail app for my phone and did nothing else. I would like to cancel my sub for a full refund. I just got this today so I’m still within the trial period. Seems shady and I just want this settled. **Developer response:** Hi, UPDATE: I have emailed you after actually receiving an email from you. The problem will be fixed as it's not in our hands. Apple processes all the payments and subscriptions. We have no control over the subscriptions; as you can see, we never asked for even an email inside the app. There are step-by-step guides on canceling the subscription on the app payment page and our description page. You still need to read those and want us to manage the subscription even though we cannot access it. WHAT'S THE WORST THING THAT YOU ARE DOING? You are blackmailing us into removing the false review only after processing the refund. The refund also is not in our hands, and it usually takes a week to get the money back due to banking stuff. So you are intentionally damaging our reputation with false claims, and we have to suffer for your negligence. There is nothing shady about this, as I explained in the email. I received your email today. Unfortunately, the reviews from Apple appear delayed 2-3 days. The subscriptions are taken care of by Apple. We will fix it, don't worry. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Pro Features Not Unlocked *2023-03-21* In reviewing the different choices for a ChatBot, and reading a lot of good reviews, I made my purchase. I gave my credit card information, as required. After the three day free trial, my card was charged for a years service, which I had chosen. Everything was good up until this point. My money was taken, but I still only had the “Free Trail” tools. It didn’t upgrade anything. I wrote customer service and haven’t received any response. Shortly after sending the email to customer service, I received notification that there was “Server Maintenance”, when opening the application . Of course this happens, but the timing was odd. Two days later the server apparently is still under maintenance and my “Pro” features have still not been unlocked. Right now I am out $50 plus taxes. I have requested a refund from Apple, but it’s too early to know if it will be approved. I am more than disappointed. **Developer response:** Hi! It's not our fault as we are using the Chat GPT API from them and we pay them for each question and answer... However, we value our customers. Turbo speed + professional and well documented answers + lots of great use cases. Recommended! ### 5/5 — Exactly the AI assistant i needed. *2023-03-09* I have been testing a lot of ChatGPT apps and i can tell you that this is really trained. I am impressed by this AI technology and i am glad that i can have it in my pocket 24/7. The answers are longer and more in-depth. The HELP section gives you an idea on how to formulate the prompts to the Chat GPT. It is really helpful in all domains. I have purchased the yearly plan that costs like 1 good coffee per month. If you are a internet guy and want to be more productive , this is the perfect Chatbot. I still expect improvements from the developers but as of now i rate it 5* plus. You can tell the app is using Chat GPT 3.5 TURBO by the way it writes. There was another app where i almost fall asleep while testing it and waiting for the chat bot to answer. ### 5/5 — If not the best AI Chatbot, its one of the best *2023-03-09* Uses latest (as of 9 March 2023) GPT-3.5 with best model Davinci. Great accurate and deep answers, I tested hard question and compared with 6 other similar AI Chatbots (yes there are real differences even if they all use OpenAI GPT-3 latest version). This app uses Chat GPT 3.5 Turbo and it's not hard to notice. You can write a 1000 words essay in like 15 seconds. It's like ChatGPT on steroids. 🦾 ### 4/5 — I’m loving it *2023-04-23* Overall, it’s fantastic. I chose this over Microsoft Bing’s AI because this app was more specific with the answer to the question I asked. For example, I asked this app to prepare a list of kidney friendly dinners for the upcoming week and it made a list of different dinners for each day of the week. When I asked Bing the exact same thing, it only told me which foods are good and bad for maintaining healthy kidneys. The app is a little buggy, like it locks up a lot and I always have to restart it. It would be nice if I could search previous chats. It would also be nice if I could search for the specific animal chat bot that I want to use instead of having to scroll through them all. ### 2/5 — Almost always stops in the middle of text *2023-03-07* The chat just stops in the middle of sentences 2 out of 3 searches. **Developer response:** Hi!
