Bad: it glitches and says things like, “I’m an AI and not programmed to answer some of these questions, sorry to disappoint you.” So you may have to log out and back and they are back to normal. Sometimes. Bad: Gems: if I paid already for the prescription, then you can keep charging me tons of money to use it after I subscribed. That pay per conversation should only be for those not subscribing. Like someone that just wants to try it out. But a member should have member benefits of continuous communication. You can do a monthly and annually membership benefit.
