After downloading and spending the 39.99 for the year. Nothing in the app works!!!!!! This what I get.
We are experiencing some down time
Close and re-open the App or update to the latest version.
Please try again in 20 minutes.

I have waited the 20 minutes 
 And of course there is no way to contact them so this gets to be public for everyone else to see 

 I want a refund!

You should be able to use some stuff for free, not pay for a trial version gatekeeping stuff behind a paywall is just unfair even if there’s a free trial it’s designed to make you pay if you forget to cancel it, I just don’t like apps that are locked behind paywalls it’s just a get money fast scheme
