Initial contact by email then they ignore you so need to raise dispute via bank. App does not provide what they falsely advertised. Paid extra for hair and makeup based on bone structure etc to give you the best hair colour and makeup to suit you. Cheap Ai version of a couple of hair colour / styles to pick and no makeup.
