Requested refund immediately, but it was refused!!!! Contacted Apple twice and was refused without any explanation. Ich hatte die App getestet und gekündigt weil ich nicht zufrieden war . Dich wurden 44,99€ abgebucht und schon hatte ich ein Abo was ich nicht wollte . Ich habe mich auch schon mit Apple App Store Verbindung gesetzt. Doch irgendwie krieg ich’s nicht hin eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen. Da ich diese App nicht nutze und auch nicht nutzen möchte. Ich habe es mehrmals versucht. Verschiedene Dinge damit zu machen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Bilder kann man nicht bearbeiten. Man muss sich zusätzlich noch mal Punkte kaufen, obwohl ich 44,99 € bezahlt habe. Was hab ich da eigentlich noch für möglich? Nichts kann ich als Prime Plus Mitglied was ich gezwungenermaßen bin . So cancelled the same day. It was during the half price monthly fee period. However I was still charged the next month before my subscription was cancelled 2 months later! Raising this as a complaint just resulted in them offering me credits for the site / app which I’ll never use as it’s a pile of rubbish. I kept getting error messages and then help feature would freeze for the application. Le premier achat déclenche automatiquement un abonnement, sans que cela soit suffisamment mis en évidence au moment du paiement. Aucun rappel n’est envoyé avant le prélèvement, qui arrive sans prévenir. Les conditions de l’abonnement sont, selon moi, volontairement dissimulées. Quant à l’annulation, elle est tout simplement impossible : aucun moyen clair et fonctionnel de mettre fin à l’abonnement. Je me suis senti piégé. Sure enough I hopped between them depending on if I needed something short or something that actually thinks. Homework for my kid, work emails so I don't sound rude, "what's wrong with my plant", random 1am questions, all of it. The image stuff is what got my husband, he typed our living room and it spat out ideas we actually used at IKEA which I did not expect from a chat app. I did the hair one as a joke before I cut my hair and I still have the screenshot, my stylist laughed and then used it. It's a lot in one app which I normally hate because those end up bloated and confusing but I didn't want six subscriptions. Trial pulled me in. Yearly is still a lot of money I'm not going to lie. I sat there doing napkin math. I paid because I was already in it every day and going back to copy-pasting between tabs felt stupid. If they jack the price up I'll cry.
