Kann jetzt nicht einmal mehr in den Verlauf reinschauen. Werde dazu genötigt, das App zu buchen, um es weiter zu benutzen. ### 1/5 — Don’t throw your money away *2026-06-22* I paid for a one year subscription. Never got any contact any email when I tried to open the app to login? There was no option to login. The only thing you can do is get seven days free and then they start taking your money even though I already paid a full year subscription constant emails to their support got no response so I stopped the ongoing subscription. It was due to renew next April and even though it said you’ll have access (which I hadn’t had from the start) until April next year they’ve already told me my accounts been cancelled and still kept my money. PayPal are useless. They say the service was delivered so you don’t get a refund even though that’s what I told him didn’t happen. Paddle kept saying will follow it up and sort it out but they never have., so you’ll need support from this company one day but you’ll never get a bit once they get your money they don’t care. ### 1/5 — They can give you things they will be able to do in the future they can run you scenarios, but when *2026-06-15, version 3.0.35* This is the most elementary app I have ever seen that call itself at Chatbot AI. The only way to contact developer is if you download their mail app. No internal customer support ….. you can work on something for 10 hours and have it disappear in an instant like I did.
