### 2/5 — Couldn’t get app to work

There are some short items to read but beyond that the app has little value. My friend and I, along with others at the castle, could not get the audio to work at all. 

Since everything on-site (except English subtitles to an introductory movie) was in French, we missed a lot by not being able to get the audio in the app working. Maybe it only works in French and if you choose English as your language there’s nothing there to play. Not sure but makes the app rather useless.

The app works pretty well. It’s pretty reasonable other than the need to go back between rooms.

This app is great. The only problem is you’ll have an issue downloading the audio tour if you are planning on relying on the museum WiFi, which is super slow. You have to use your cell service unless you do it ahead of time. The audio tour is great - each room is narrated, for about 1-2 minutes. There is a section for the interior and a separate one for the grounds. There is a children’s version for each, which I didn’t try. I am didn’t notice if there other languages available, the one I listened to was in English
