Such a bad app. It logged me out and now I can’t log back in. It keeps saying error. Can’t reset password…nothing. Can’t access my account balance anymore.

It should let a user reload their card and use at checkout. Having to reorder to use the reloaded card is ridiculous - not to mention the slow processing time of the interface.

Don’t bother getting this app. If you need assistance in any way, you will not get it. I have tried contacting chatime AB many many times for assistance and NEVER received a single response. I’m convinced no one works there.

The app is so bad and takes so long to load. With numerous problems ranging from login credentials bring wrong when I can login online with them and account verification issues, don’t bother with the app.

This app definitely needs a makeover. 
It loads poorly. When it starts the chatime logo is cut off, moved off the screen. When you try to order online, the app completely freezes and you have to close it to open it again. No instructions on how to use the app whatsoever and half the menu options don’t work or useless. 

I dislike using this app but I only use it to collect the rewards which are better than nothing! I go to chatime frequently so this can be rewarding. 

It wasn’t heavily promoted anywhere and a friend told me about it. It was even hard finding the right app to download! Nothing on their websites. They definitely need a tech remake.

It’s functional, but doesn’t work well with iPhone 15 pro.  The bottom part of app doesn’t show.

the app is terrible. the first problem is the app takes ages to load. second problem is there are many problems with the first part of login- then comes the part to provide a number- i inserted my number and still haven’t gotten the code. terrible app- dont bother

I’m tired of having weird intervals of dollars left on my card. Can there be an option to either load a custom amount onto the card? Or at least an option to use the remaining balance and pay the rest with cash/card instead? It’s annoying having $3 left and not being able to use it unless i fill up the card with a minimum of $20...
