Chose the location I wanted to pick up from. Went through and picked the tea I wanted, it still said the store I wanted to order from at the top. They introduced this app but I didn’t really want to get it as using my card was more convenient for me. I tried to get a birthday drink and the store told me they don’t accept my card and I need to download the app. I downloaded it and scanned my card, but it said “Invalid MembershipNo”. So I asked the store and they said to make a new account. I made a new account and it just gave me a new digital card with 0 points and didn’t let me scan my old card. The store said they can’t help me, and just said to email support. I emailed support and they said they are reviewing my case and would get back to me. The app says it will send verification email, yet it never does. I know its the right email cause I was able to reset password. It seems the only thing I can do here is reset password. I can't even delete account to make a new one cause it says deletion failed again and again. If you try to contact them it will ask for your member number which you need to verify your email with them supposedly sending a verification email. Which again, it never arrives. Oh, I checked the junkmail and everything. It's not there as well. Its an endless loop of verification email that never arrives and you cannot ask for help because of that blasted member number. You try to click app support here? The link is broken as well. 😤 other companies membership doesn't make viewing my damn member number difficult. Except I just purchased a drink today and I got my tenth anniversary prize which I can’t open. I have restarted my phone, refreshed the app multiple times even deleted the app and re download it. I have tried tapping in the gift swiping everything!!! This is not an issue with my phone because my phone touch screen works fine. This is the second time I have got a Chatime gift. Please help!!
