They advertise that you can use various AI models on your phone.IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I never used the app even once, requested a refund within 0.5 hours of purchase, and they FLAT OUT REFUSED. No customer service, no response, nothing. They just took my $90 and ran. I've already filed a chargeback with my bank and reported this fraudulent app to Apple. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, diesen Dienst zu nutzen. Nach Abschluss eines Abonnements wird man offenbar sofort langfristig gebunden. In meinem Fall wurde ich – vermutlich durch ein Versehen bzw. irreführende Darstellung – direkt für zwei Jahre verpflichtet, ohne dass mir dies ausreichend klar ersichtlich war. Eine Kündigung oder Rückerstattung ist laut Anbieter nicht möglich. Der Kundenservice verweist lediglich darauf, dass man die automatische Verlängerung selbst deaktivieren müsse – eine Lösung für bereits entstandene Kosten wird nicht angeboten. Ich habe den Betrag bereits bezahlt und sehe derzeit keine Möglichkeit, mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Aus meiner Sicht besteht hier ein erheblicher Verdacht auf unseriöse bzw. betrügerische Geschäftspraktiken. Ich werde den Vorfall bei der Polizei melden und rechtliche Schritte prüfen. Disputed with my bank. If you’re here looking for real Grok access, skip this—go direct to xAI.
