Please enable so that the service can be availed for which the payment is done. Thanks for the clarification - it's not the users fault if there are two Co. Operating the same name - Chatly. Please note that we do not have a web version and login via Google account, we only have the app in the App Store. The service you are talking about is a completely different application with a different owner, it does not belong to us. However, the app requires a different subscription that is not tied to the webpage based subscription. I don’t mind paying more for a subscription that does more, but the webpage and the app are two separate accounts that are not synced. It’s extremely deceptive and I’m glad I figured it out before committing to another “premium” subscription. I'm contacting you regarding the Chatly app, for which I have an annual Premium subscription through the App Store. For two days now, the app has been malfunctioning: chats in the app open and load, but after I send a message, I don't receive a reply in the chat. The reply doesn't appear for a long time; the conversation essentially freezes, making it impossible to use the app. The issue isn't happening in just one conversation, but across multiple chats, especially those where I write stories. This hasn't happened before; the app worked fine. Now, the app's main paid feature—receiving replies in the chat—is unavailable. I have an active annual Premium subscription, but the service isn't being provided properly. I can't fully use the app, despite having a paid subscription. I've already tried to resolve the issue myself, but the situation hasn't changed. Also, the app's support team can take several days to respond, and the problem has been ongoing for two days now. In this regard, I ask Apple to review my request and help resolve the issue. I request: 1. Review the situation with the **Chatly** app and my annual Premium subscription. 2. Consider a refund or partial compensation, as the functionality I paid for is unavailable. 3. Pass this information on to the app developer, if necessary. 4. Help me protect my rights as a user who paid for an annual subscription to a service that is currently not functioning properly.
