What’s going on with it??! ### 1/5 — App doesn't open *2016-03-31* After 9.3 update the app doesn't open...... ### 2/5 — Opens to a blank screen frequently *2022-02-07* I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work. ### 2/5 — Compatibility with iPad Pro *2020-04-17* The latest update made the app not compatible with iPad Pro’s display ratio. Please fix ASAP. ### 2/5 — Not bad but... *2019-01-23* I use the free version and have missed several chats because the notification sound is too low (and cannot be changed) and it gives you like a 3 ms chime sound that’s hard to hear. Another thing I strongly dislike about this products free version is the anonymous names that it gives to chat attendees. That cannot be changed unless you buy the paid version. I had one client that I was chatting with and I thought her name was actually Charity and it turned out to be a man name Stephen so that was pretty embarrassing. It assigns stupid anonymous names like Corn Flower and Italian Flower to chat attendees. The developers need to make this product customizable for various notification sounds and need to ask the users name even in the free version to make this product decent. ### 3/5 — It’s cool but… *2021-11-23* I actually like this app, but the fact that most times you open it it will be stuck on a white screen is beyond annoying. If I had a customer sending me a message on my site and I can’t respond then why do I even have this. It’s extremely irritating, also there needs to be a way that when the customer opens the page the chat window auto opens so if I’m messaging them once they get to my site they can see it without even having to click on the icon. I’m speaking specifically for mobile. ### 5/5 — Great but please fix... *2021-10-12* Been great but just updated to latest version broke the install on 9.3.5 iOS so that is not good. Can you fix it for 9.3.5 and then old devices can be used to monitor chat window. We are using a paid version, very comfortable , smooth and informative.
