## What is Chatsell?

Chatsell is the AI-powered CRM that automates your sales and customer service on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. This app puts all of it in your pocket.

Your AI replies on its own, instantly, trained on your products, your prices and your business rules. You watch from here and step in whenever you need to.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THE APP

  • Handle every channel in a single inbox. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and web chat, all together and organized.
  • Watch your AI reply in real time. Every automated message is labeled, so you always know who answered.
  • Take over with one tap. If a conversation needs a human, you step in and the AI steps aside.
  • Never miss a message. Push notifications when a new message arrives or a conversation is assigned to you.
  • Reply faster with saved replies, voice notes, photos and files.
  • Keep your team in sync with private notes your customer never sees.
  • Assign conversations, change their status and use labels so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Check the contact details without leaving the chat: what stage they're in, what they bought, what they asked for before.

  WHO IT'S FOR

For businesses that sell through messaging and can't afford to lose customers to slow replies. Online stores, retail shops, agencies, clinics, real estate offices and support teams that need to
be available around the clock, including after hours.

  WHY CHATSELL

The AI doesn't just reply: it understands what customers are asking for, checks your catalog, quotes real prices and stock, books appointments and moves the sale forward. It connects to the
tools you already use, like your online store, your spreadsheets and your calendar.

And when a customer needs a human, your team is one tap away with the full conversation in view.

  Reply instantly. Close automatically.

  IMPORTANT

This app is the conversation dashboard for Chatsell and requires an active account. If you don't have one yet, head to chatsell.net to get started.
