When you try to import stats, you get a screen saying that it wasn’t able to import it. Then tú tells you about the language support. My phone and whatsapp are in English. Also gave it a try and Spanish and it doesn’t works neither

I’m sorry ChatStats isn’t working correctly, could you please try toggling the am/pm - 24h date format in phone Settings/General/Date and Time menu?

Tento exportar e fala q minha língua não é compatível sendo que português está incluído.

É uma pena que você esteja tendo problemas, mas vamos resolver!
Na sua review, consta que a região do seu celular é Estados Unidos e sua língua, português. Por acaso, você está usando o relógio no formato 24h?
Pergunto porque existe um bug no iOS que impede que o ChatStats leia as informações do chat nesse caso. Para corrigir, você pode mudar o horário para o formato AM/PM em Ajustes/Geral/Data & Hora.
Estou trabalhando em uma forma de corrigir esse bug na próxima versão!

Tentei carregar os históricos 4 vezes, nas 4 o programa fechou sozinho...
Pro favor, corrijam o problema.
Rodando iOS 12.3.1, iPhone X.

**Developer response:** A versão 1.1 foi lançada com suporte a novas línguas e correções de bugs! É muito provável que o erro que você estava encontrando tenha sido resolvido, para verificar é só atualizar o app na App Store!

Hey I was just wondering, I can’t export my group chats. When I export (without media) to the app, I get the language error saying my chat is in an unsupported language. It’s very much in english lol. Will there be a fix?

The UI is intuitive and polished and the charts it generates can give you some interesting insights about some of your WhatsApp groups. It is also a lot of fun to share the charts on the groups and discuss the results with your friends! I personally liked the most the hourly usage chart and the messages ranking.
