I never had a virtual assistant before, so I was glad I could see how one works. Was able to hand off tasks that I was putting off for a while (like planning an upcoming trip, getting hotel rates, flights costs etc). The assistant came back to me with a clean and detailed plan for me that I was able to use as an outline with my family to make a decision about my upcoming vacation ### 5/5 — Delightful surprise *2017-07-29, version 1.0.0* Never thought I'd find a good assistant through an app, but the assistants turned out to be helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with. I needed help with building a contact list and cold calling. The assistant was very detail oriented and built out a quality list for me on a fast turnaround. When cold calling, we got a great response rate. I was excited by the number of meetings that were set up. The service is misleading, image of human pop-up but really it’s a bot. I will update if anything changes. UPDATE: check out Singris AI better app and service, don’t waste your time with this mediocre app. ### 1/5 — Bad, Assistants don't even help you at all. *2019-08-12* The assistants don't even help and the only messages are from a bot. The time is supposed to be MON - FRI 9am to 5pm and it's 9:09am Monday. I send a message and she won't reply. ALL BOT DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2019-03-05* Scheduled a free 15 minute consultation that they offer to make sure this app was a good fit. I never received the consultation call they confirmed the day before. If they can’t keep to a scheduled call how could you expect this service to take care of time sensitive needs. **Developer response:** Hi Ashley, A member of our team called you this morning at 8:30am EST, as scheduled. It looks like the number you gave us when scheduling the 15 minute consultation was off by a digit from the number you gave us when signing up for the app. It happens when you're a really busy entrepreneur! And it also means you are definitely in the market for a great personal assistant :) We sent you an email with a link to re-schedule our call for a time that works best. The direct, dedicated assistant assigned to me, Valerie, is wonderful and has been a life saver! She’s professional, personable, and has not let me down! Now... I do wish I could text instead of using the app, and I do wish the app looked better on my iPhone X. But, she has assured me the UI would be updated soon. Or some other messenger app support, instead of just their app or email. Don’t expect them to plug in like FIN or Magic... You’ll have to grant access to your email accounts, as they don’t have any plugins, but I prefer this type of interaction. Feels more personal. Great, great, great service! I’ll add another star when the UI is updated for the iPhone X and additional messenger support/text is added. In addition to their executive assistants, they have an entire back office with design and other skills available to help augment your staff. ### 5/5 — Get out of your own way! *2021-10-04, version 5.0.23* if you’re like me you I’m more than capable and competent at doing almost all areas in your business or in your professional life but you’re also someone who knows you can achieve much more. chatter boss has given me the ability to step back from the day-to-day,allowing me to look at the business and work on the business. for years i had been doing so much myself andstill only crawling along, i had had multiple projects and endeavors shelfed for “another time in life” or “when i finish what i’m working on now” and for once i can set objectives for multiple projects at once, and watch my dedicated assistant Sandi extract details like deadlines milestones and within minutes she’s off the races bringing in another Assistant or Creative Specialist and by that night or the next morning I have updates on progress of that project. It’s enabled me to do long past due creative work, creating “on ramps” and “pff ramps” to phase into or out off multiple projects at once. i have time for writing specific content and copy and identifying new key opportunities and look what’s missing in current projects. Im blown away by her organization and immediate implementation. the tools like monday.com make it easier than ever to see the end goal, roadmap and milestones and next actions, clear organized and actionable. if you’re tired of dealing with freelancers yourself or trying to train people yourself you need to let chatterboss be you’re all in one resource for leverage and delegation. ### 5/5 — Essential assistance & exceptional management *2021-07-13* I’ve used many virtual assistance services over the years. I heard about ChatterBoss from Ari Meisel and felt confident trying them for that reason alone. The onboarding process was silky smooth, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive and efficient. My confidence grew immediately. Working with my assistant has been frictionless and enjoyable. She’s professional and resourceful. Obviously, the whole company is optimized for delivering a “dream come true” experience. I've used services like Pana, Journy, and American Express Platinum Concierge. I wanted a service that I could use when I needed and used modern tools like task tracking and chat. I signed up with ChatterBoss last week. I had a 1 hour onboarding call with Valerie using Zoom. They captured all my needs with Google Docs and created a profile for me. We decided on our first project - to plan dinners for a 5 day trip to Mexico. I got regular updates and by the end of the week the job was done. It easily exceeded expectations. I also appreciate that I get detailed time tracking for billing. I purchased 6 hours to start and all my onboarding and first project consumed 3 hours which is very reasonable. They use an app called Monday to track projects and I was able to share my passwords and credit cards using 1Password which keeps everything secure.
