I have emailed them almost a week ago and they still have not returned nor responded to me despite having included proof in the email as well. It was over 24 hours later that I got a message saying they were “overwhelmed with questions right now”. I could be wrong but I feel like it wouldn’t take much to send a quick message or let your customers know that when they ask a question. Instead of more than a whole day later after I asked a question say “all questions will be proceeded for sure”. Very unprofessional in my opinion. When my question was answered it was so short and vague and did not answer the question I asked. If you want a high quality astrology app to ask questions I HIGHLY recommend AstroVeda. It is my favorite app. They offer so many services and every time you ask your question you WILL get your in-depth reading in 24 hours. They also offer many other unique services.
