1.Exactly what I needed after summer 🍔🏖️
This app helped me reset after too many BBQ weekends. It doesn’t guilt-trip me like others — it helps me understand what triggered overeating and how to fix it. I like how it gently checks in, not in a pushy way. It honestly feels like a little life coach living in my phone.
