I had a lot of clients visiting my website but didn’t actually buy, this chat helped raised sales, because sometimes clients have questions, and they will not make the move to send an email from your contact page. Having the pop up of a live person answering questions help them to buy at the same moment. Exemple, they ask the questions they had, and they are more likely to buy what they were looking into.
