The Chatwoot web platform is promising, but the mobile app has fallen way behind. After using it for months, it’s frustrating to see that basic features are still missing.
There’s no way to search conversations or contacts from the app—something essential for any support team. Every time I need to find a previous chat, I have to open the web version. Updates are very infrequent and rarely include meaningful functionality improvements.
For a customer service tool, the app should allow you to work efficiently from your phone. I hope the development team prioritizes these basic features in upcoming releases. The product has good potential, but the mobile app needs much more attention.

Ótima usabilidade, possui apenas o essencial, porém ele não reproduz áudio, o que é péssimo para o meu negócio, pois os funcionários externos, que utilizam apenas o celular não conseguem utilizar o app por causa dos áudios.

Adicione a função de apagar mensagem e apagar também no WhatsApp.

Adicione a função de editar mensagem enviada.

Adicione a função de responder uma mensagem específica com marcação.

Ignore bad reviews about lack of features. It perfectly enables you to do the one real-time thing you  need on a phone: web/im chat. Everything else you should be doing on a computer. I do hope they will add a soft phone view when twilio integration for phone calls come out.

As a business owner who just wants to reply to IM on their website and get notifications on the fly, it’s perfectly simple and easy to use. Don’t expect the same functionality as their web app, it’s not for that.

We’re rolling out chatwoot for our startup and I’m truly blown away with how simple and smooth this app is compared to others we evaluated especially intercom. We’re a small team so answering chats and emails on the go is vital. The app works well to handle messages from all types of channels. It also lets you access your custom integrations/extensions inside the app which is super cool - we are building one to view customer profile info from our main app and I was surprised to see it’s accessible as a web view inside chatwoot in the conversation action menu. One small piece of feedback I have is make it easier to resolve a conversation with fewer taps/menus, and adding more filters to the conversations tab eg filtering by customer or custom fields.

We are using self hosted Chatwoot with WhatsApp inbox integration. Ignore the other reviews about push notifications, they work correctly on iOS. 
Very easy to integrate with self hosted custom domain.
