数年前に利用したが、たまにメールが届き、いい加減嫌になったので、退会したいと思いアプリをダウンロード。
それにたどり着くまでに、WEBを検索したが、詐欺が横行しているのが理由か、数年の間に、PCからスマホへ移行していて、スマホではWEBで退会手続きすら出来ない所か、その案内すら見つけることが出来ない。
企業向けと思われる【解約】についての問い合わせボタンのみで、不親切で最悪な作り。
結果的にアプリをダウンロードし、ログインしてからは2ステップ程度でサヨナラ。もちろんアプリは即刻アンインストール。
この退会手続きする為だけにアプリをインストールしないといけない手間。
数年間使用していないのでどのように発展したのかは知りませんが、興味すらありません。使用していた当時はとにかく使いにくく、現在もアプリでの退会、WEBではその案内なし。
とにかく不親切極まりないというだけです。

5年ほど使用しています
タスクについてのバク？がよくあって、これは自分のネット環境の問題なのか分からないんですけど、タスク完了のチェックボックスを押しても反映されない時があったり、反映されないからもう一度チェックボックスを押すとチャット内で完了の表示が2つあったりして、タスクを作った人から重複してやってないか確認されることがあります。Androidスマホのアプリ、iPad、PCはブラウザ上で使用していますがそちらは問題なく、iPhoneアプリだけしばらくこんな感じです。
改善の余地があればお願いいたします🙇🏻‍♀️

追記:
Chatworkアプリの言語を英語に設定していると、TOで誰かをメンションしても名前にさんがつかないようでした。困るので日本語の設定にしました。
海外に住んでおりiPhoneの設定言語を英語にしているため、英語対応のアプリだとインストール時に自動で英語設定になります。調べた限りどこにも書いていない仕様なようなので、明記してほしいです。

基本的には使いやすいですが、唯一の問題はグループチャットで誰かをTOでメンションする時、アプリだと自動で○○さんにならないこと。
ブラウザ版だと自動で名前の後にさんが付くので何も考えずにそのまま送っていましたが、アプリだと付かないことに最近気づきました。何度か気づかずに先輩や上司に呼び捨てで送ってしまいました…。
PCとアプリ版で仕様を統一してほしいです。

起動が遅い。他のアプリに移動すると再起動して打っていた文面が消える。他のアプリに移動して、iphoneの左上に表示される「chatworkへ戻る」を押すとアプリがクラッシュする。定期的にクラッシュして何度アプリを落とそうがiphone本体の電源を入れ直そうがクラッシュしたまんま、永遠にロードの破線の丸がぐるぐるされ続ける。仕方はないのでアプリをダウンロードし直すと「ログインする」をタッチしても反応しない。ログインボタンを押せたと思って入力を進めたら、2段階認証を打ち込んでフリーズし、アプリを再起動するとログイン画面が再表示される。
上記が1度だけではなく何度もある。こんなに使っていてストレスの溜まるアプリはない。使用機はiphone15で最新OSでスマホの問題でもないし、他のアプリは問題なく使用できるのでネットワークの問題でもない。使用していてこんなにストレスが溜まり、そして使えないアプリは初めて。

いつになっても改善しない。こんなゴミでよくパブリッシュできますね。

iPhoneでは全く使えません。アプリを起動したあと別のアプリへいき、戻ろうとしたら落ちます。

例えば誰かのチャットを開いて、その後ブラウザのURLをコピーして、その人のチャットに貼り付けるみたいなことは一切不可。あらかじめコピーするなどしておかないとダメです。

入力途中に別のアプリを開いて戻ろうもんなら落ちるので全部入力しなおし。最悪ですね。

なんでこんなにアプリの評価がいいのか不思議でしょうがない。PC版は普通に使えますかスマホ版はほんとにゴミ。

あとカープレイでナビはスマホ使うけど音声はテレビにしている場合に、チャットワークを開くと必ずテレビが止まります。

なんで音声の邪魔をする仕様になっているのかさっぱりわからない。

テレビを見ている最中でもチャットワークを開くとテレビが止まります。

まあなんせ不具合だらけ。

iPhone16pro max、iOSは最新。まあ本体がどれとかは関係ないですね。どの機種でもずっと症状同じなので。

Switch the “sort by” option on reviews to “most recent” this is really ridiculous because why is “most favorable” the automatic option, why would I want reviews most favorable to the company? once you switch this “sort by” option you will see multiple reviews explaining how this app is used to scam !

通知を全部オンにするのか、自分へのto付けのみなのか、グループによってミュートするのかしないのか、等色々選べるのは便利ですが、結局全部オンにしていると自分へのto付けとの区別化がつかず、より重要な連絡を見逃してしまうことが多々あり、、。to付けされた連絡事項と、それ以外とで通知音が変えられたらすごく便利でよりいいなと思います。
通知は見逃したくないのがほとんどで、to付けのみ通知にすると不便なので、、
また、相手によって送信された写真や動画が表示されたり、○○○.jpegとファイル名だけになってしまったりするので、全て表示されるようになるといちいち開かなくても粗方確認できるのでありがたいです。

追記(2024,10)アップデートしたら画像開いた後に必ずバグが起きて固まる、落ちるを繰り返すようになりました。
全く使い物にならないので、早急に対応していただきたいです。
