## What is Chauffeurs & Services Driver?

Chauffeurs & Services is an international network of independent chauffeur companies.
We connect professional operators with premium clients across Europe, the USA, Canada,
the Middle East, Asia and South America. This app is where our partners receive and
manage those rides.

BEFORE YOU SIGN UP: YOU DRIVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE
We do not provide, rent or finance vehicles, and we do not employ chauffeurs. Every ride
is carried out by a partner, in a vehicle they own or operate under their own company.
If you are looking for a salaried driving job or for a company car, this app is not for you.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN
- A registered transport company or self-employed status, with a valid business
  registration number (VAT number or equivalent)
- A vehicle less than 4 years old, luxury or executive category, non-smoking
- A valid professional driving licence and passenger transport insurance
- Excellent spoken English, discretion and punctuality

GETTING STARTED
1. Create your partner account
2. Complete the online training and the service standards test (85% to pass)
3. Declare your vehicle and upload its documents
4. Upload your company and chauffeur documents
5. Sign the partnership agreement

No ride can be offered to you until at least one vehicle has been declared and approved.

Signing up is smoother: your company address is now picked from a list, and the VAT check runs again (it had stopped). In countries with no company register, the VAT question no longer appears.

Choose the car for each ride and declare it before you set off.
Offers now tell you exactly why you cannot accept one.
Edit your email and company details straight from your profile.
Fleet managers: active vehicles, driver states, assign from an offer, and request extras on finished rides.

Arriving at the pickup point is now detected automatically, so you no longer have to tap it. Starting the ride stays in your hands.

An extra confirmation before you end a ride that is still running, so a booking paid by the hour is never closed by mistake.

A branded pickup sign you can show to the passenger, and a clear arrival protocol for airport pickups.

An in-app help assistant, and no-show now requires prior approval from Chauffeurs & Services.

Error messages in your language, faster screens, and stability fixes.
