They are not providing any new movies, and the platform feels outdated. One movie has been showing as “coming soon” for over a year, which is very frustrating. When I contacted customer support to ask about new content, instead of helping me, they blocked me. This is extremely unprofessional. The customer service team is rude, unhelpful, and doesn’t treat customers with respect. It honestly feels like I’ve wasted my money. I regret buying the Chaupal subscription, as it seems like I made a mistake spending my money on this platform. Overall, the service is very poor. There is no fresh content, and the customer support experience is terrible. I would not recommend this platform unless they make serious improvements. ### 1/5 — They are fraud and scammers. *2026-04-07* This has been one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. I paid ₹599 for a subscription two days ago, and the app still does not recognize my payment. It keeps asking me to subscribe again, which is completely unacceptable. Customer support has been absolutely useless. Chaupal support just pushed me to contact Apple, and Apple refused to issue a refund. So basically, I’ve paid money and received nothing in return. This feels like a complete scam. There is no proper support, no accountability, and no resolution. I strongly warn others not to waste their money on this app unless they are ready to lose it.
