Not very user friendly. I have 4 accounts, Bank Of America, Chase, USALLIANCE and Catskill Hudson. I dread every single time I have to navigate Catskill Hudson.

Since the app is changed I haven’t been able to get on my business account the new app is very disappointing
Even trying to write a review on your bank 
is lousy
It’s time to change banks

Asking to set a new password should provide the correct steps. I needed a code sent, but never received. This should work when the bank is closed. Seems like codes only send out when the bank is open. These are reasons I don’t keep anything but my mortgage with small banks.
