Lucky if I can have 3 visits without having to reinstall. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2024-10-13* App continues to crash whenever trying to fill out required paperwork. BEWARE *2023-12-15* I was asked to sign forms and submit a credit card without being informed whether or not my insurance was accepted or the cost of appointment. I was forced to book and appointment and told I would be charged if I cancelled. Then, I had to sign several release forms agreeing to financial responsibility and disclosing extremely personal information including names and addresses of contacts and physicians (over 90 questions) before being allowed to cancel the appointment. During the course of attempting to complete the lengthy form, the app froze and had to be restarted 5 times. Very thankful for this app and the service. ### 1/5 — Horrible System horrible therapist *2023-07-25* Constant bugs interruptions interfering with sessions. My therapist was totally unprofessional playing with her dogs and Amazon toys during every session. Honestly, I helped myself more in my 12 step programs than she could have ever helped me. In addition she seemed to be learning more about recovery from me than I was learning from her. She actually had the nerve to “fire” me because I missed a few sessions due to my memory disorder but when I did show up she was so unhelpful that I was happy to end therapy with her. I’m glad she took the initiative. ### 1/5 — Really buggy! *2023-03-15, version 2.55.1* Very frustrating system. I had a 10 AM appointment and then I received an email at 9:41 saying I had an appointment in an hour. OK I figure they’re running late. When I sign in I’m told I missed the appointment. Might have something to do with the daylight savings time change last weekend? Also, their appointment emails don’t actually list the time of the appointment in the email.
