Найти службу поддержки невозможно - ни номера, ни почты для обращений. Мошенничество. ### 1/5 — Ужасно *2023-12-25, version 1.3* Ввёл в Apple Store Уральские Авиалинии, вышло это приложение. Оплатил билеты, вместо билетов пришли какие-то ваучеры. Было тревожно раз непонятные ваучеры и последний рейс из Калининграда где не было свободных отелей. Приехали с 3 детьми в аэропорт, отстояли очередь, а на стойке регистрации говорят не видим вас в списке пассажиров. К счастью, билеты ещё оставались и смогли их купить в обычной кассе аэропорта. От этого приложения потом уже пришёл ответ извините, мы не смогли купить для вас билеты - возвращаем деньги. В итоге, все обошлось, но ситуация могла быть намного неприятнее. В калибратор все залезло дополнительных оплат не делала. Проверяю билет, который распечатал на бумаге, начал уже думать, что это я туплю -нет, все правильно, вылет сегодня. Захожу в приложение и обнаруживаю, что рейс перенесли на 26 мая. Начинаю в телефоне и почте искать сообщения о переносе…. Ничего! Возникает вопрос: Уральским авиакомпаниям не нужны клиенты??? Вы не можете ни сообщение смс отправить, ни в почте, ни позвонить ??? Почему нельзя по человечески организовать работу? Видимо нет….
