I bought a ticket for $240. Then the agent Lucy told me my ticket was no longer available for that prince and I would get a one way ticket. I asked for a refund for the round trip ticket and they said it was nonrefundable even though they would not give me a round trip for that price. They charged me 375 and said no other airline was any cheaper. After searching other options there were plenty available for way cheaper.
