She said my $1,000 ticket was only “on hold” and I needed to pay $800 more to confirm it. When I said I wanted to cancel, she told me there were no refunds, even though nothing was ever officially booked. Thankfully, I checked my bank account in time and froze my card before they could take the money. No confirmation email, no ticket number, nothing. This app is clearly a scam trying to scare you into paying more. Avoid this app at all costs. Book only through trusted sources like Google Flights, Expedia, Hopper, or directly with the airline. I reported this to Apple and my bank. Then the seats were no longer available even after we paid for them. We had to upgrade or nothing. After fighting with them we finally got our money back. Bait and switch.
