While I was booking my flights, it transferred me to another parts website to finalize my booking, which did not clearly state if checked in luggage was included or not. I proceeded with booking to find out after confirmation that no luggage in fact was included. Now, no one is taking responsibility and trying to tell me that I have to spend more for checked in luggage.
