Have been in a nightmare since the purchase. After filling in all my data to purchase (no auto fill here folks), I get a call and then an email to call them or I won’t have any tickets. Called and spoke to someone who did not speak English well, which was frustrating b/c I also have Sprint for cell service, so minimal reception. Had to RE-GIVE all my info AGAIN!! I purchased the insurance in case I had to cancel (normally don’t do this but did for some reason). Sure enough a few hours later I needed to cancel trip, so I clicked on the email address provided in my confirmation. Few hours later I got an “undeliverable” message, so I forwarded the cancellation email to another email address provided by the company in which I had also received emails from them, so I knew it was operational. Crickets. I call the next day to cancel and I’m told that it was over 24 hours so I needed to reach out to each airline to cancel. They created the “over 24hours” scenario by providing a faulty email and not responding to my email which was w/in 24 hours. I won’t even get into the insurance that’s offered—after this review I’m contacting a consumer watch group to report Travelex Insurance Services underwritten by Berkshire Hathaway for predatory practices. I’m eating the cost of tickets and am going to purchase new ones from a traditional service, eg Expedia! ### 1/5 — Good thing the app is FREE! *2018-01-25, version 1.2* Sounds amazing.
