First week using the app and its been better then most other apps I’ve tried. The reminders are on point

At first I wasn’t sure if this was going to help since I’ve wasted money on calorie trackers and other diet apps before but nothing helped me eat cleaner, but this looked promising and I am SO glad I tried it. The fact this checks in with me and ACTUALLY makes sure I’m sticking to my diet made me start hesitating any time I thought about eating something unhealthy. That friction helped so much and I’m way more consistent with eating healthy now. Thank you!!
