It provides alert markers, many standard and non-standard mathematical operations. It makes it easy for the more expert user to parameterize functions and provides sensible defaults for the non-expert. I learn something new every time I use it. ### 4/5 — Pretty Good *2014-04-18, version 2.2.5* Surprisingly the technical analysis tools provided by this app are pretty good. Don't let the crude user interface turn you off. Apparently the creators of this app are better mathematicians than IOS programmers. For example in the symbol entry window, spell check feature is not disabled. This issue should be pretty simple to fix. Also the latest update has rendered the iPhone version pretty much useless, so I cannot recommend the current version for the iPhone. All that being said this is a pretty useful iPad app. The charts look great and the signals are pretty useful. Another great feature of the app is that you can create watch lists and scan all the symbols in the watch list with one click. There are some extra paid features that sound intriguing. But most of the technical analysis software work like this. There is room for improvement on the documentation, this also will help the user working and interpreting the application outputs. ### 4/5 — Vastly Improved *2013-03-28, version 2.0.4* Igor's latest upgrade has eliminated several serious early problems such as crashing, cursor limits, and study scaling. This program is now very issuable and I now would highly recommend it to stock traders. I just wish I could see multiple indicators at once! However! I think it could be developed into a very nice charting app. Very good support, they answered my questions very promptly. ### 5/5 — Best Financial Tool I've Ever Found *2011-11-07, version 1.5.2* After using ChebyshevPro for several months now and finding it to be an extraordinary tool that is easy to use and uncaningly accurate, I canceled a $3800 advisory service I had been using as I found that ChebyshevPro was actually giving me better results. This is one of the few Apps I have ever rated with 5-stars, but it deserved it and I could not be happier with the results it is producing. It has been worth WAY MORE than it's cost, as far as I am concerned. This App is one of the select few that sits on my (precious) Home Screen real-estate where it is always handy to use! I have recommended this App to all of my friends that invest. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2011-09-03, version 1.4.3* This is a fantastic app. Build your own portfolio and track for signals daily, weekly, monthly or intraday. A good buy but you can't backtest this trading strategy. The buy and sell signals come and go. You can have a buy signal (a green arrow) one day and a few days later it disappears...leaving no historical record. If it goes in there favor it stays up ,if not it's gone ...very deceptive! (Notice other reviews stating this)Their support people are extremely, extremely hard to understand,and will not respond unless you email them numerous times .very disappointed!! ### 1/5 — Great tool for buy/sell points *2013-10-17, version 2.2.3* Just started using it. Seems to have a good algorithm for determining entry and exist points. Time will tell on its overall accuracy.... After a few weeks of usage, I noticed that previous buy and sell points mysteriously disappear if the stock in not trending on the proposed direction!!! He is re-writing history to make it look like he has picked the proper buy/sell points. Developer is genious and attentive to suggestions but still no clue why so many versions. Cheb ytrend seems same as chebtrendpro. Bought both and rengo charts too. Great forex and super signal addition. Date scale better but still not very good. Lose symbols every upgrade!!! Also restore required on every patch. Frustrating but still love the overall direction and additional in app purchases cheap for value. Must have app. Please fix ASAP. ### 1/5 — The best app until............upgrade *2013-02-11, version 2.0.0* I was hitting the market 4 out of 5 until the upgrade , now I'm looking for other app or program. The new app crashes a lot , does not tell you when the signal developed unless you individually look it up , if you have 100 symbols in a group and you're using your iPhone , you will have an eye problem by the time you finished. I'm using markettrendsignal at this time it is better than the latest version.Wish they put back the old version and just tweak it to conform with iOS requirement. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2013-02-11, version 2.0.0* This is the worst app I have bought. ### 1/5 — Chebtshev trend pro *2012-05-02, version 1.6.2* This app keeps crashing on iphone4. Then you have to delete the app and reinstall it. No help from the authors either. BTW if you want to buy their extras they send you to apparently a non apple site where you input your apple password-not really confident about this arrangement and i cant be sure if this is the case. Rate the concept 5 but it is not working for me. ### 1/5 — Scam *2011-06-02, version 1.2.1* This app is a complete scam. The buy and sell signals disappear if the market does not go in the direction of the signal. It will give you a signal one minute, and 10 minutes later that signal may no longer appear if the market did not go in the intended direction of the signal. The signal will stay on the chart though if the market did move in the direction of the trade. ### 2/5 — Needs bug fixes *2015-03-27, version 2.3.9* I love this app but it has had bugs for several weeks that prevents user from customizing settings. Chebys Buy and sell alerts don't appear until after the moment has passed. Easy to add stock symbols and group them how you wish. The indicators are good, including the supersignal, although if wishing for perfection, such an indicator does not exist. I would suggest using other indicators to reinforce before investing, which the app does provide.
