Literally spent hours trying to get it to work. There is a place to "contact us". I sent email asking for help with the app. No response. Very disappointed. But after the recent updates I have had my files completely deleted not once, but twice. So I’m done. I thought it was me that put the numbers in wrong. Spent 2 hrs going threw receipts. It was not me. I also did the math against my bank acct. numbers on line. Nope! That wasn’t the problem. I entered my information and balances okay worked great! UNTIL you reached a second page it started freezing so many times it remains stuck unless you force close the app and try again. But each time you go in the app and need to update a line item on your checkbook.it freezes! You hope that it saved! Nope it didn't I am so frustrated I reached out to Support team and see if they can help, if I get no response I will be moving on to find another checkbook app!!!! So annoying! ### 2/5 — Very Basic App *2015-04-04, version 21.0* This is a VERY basic app that looks just like a checkbook register on the screen. The functionality is not sophisticated at all & the screen does not have the look of an app that costs $1.99. If I would have had an opportunity to "GET" the app to see how it worked, I would NOT have purchased it. When entering credit or debit items, you have to input the +/- yourself. You also have to select the numeric function on thee iPhone keyboard to enter all numeric values such as date, debit/credit amounts. In my opinion, that should be automatic. The design does not allow very much space to enter details of the transaction either. It also only has 4 sheets for input & I am not sure what one is to do once those are used. There is not even an area to communicate with the Developer! I really took a chance on purchasing this app & I REALLY wanted it to be a simple, yet functional app...it is in a most manual process which is too labor intensive for my tastes. It lacks the technological savvy of an app for iPhone. At the end of the day, I will probably use the app because I DO NOT like to waste money; however, given what I see & how it functions, I wish I could receive a refund.
