It would definitely had been more convenient for me than carrying around my actual heart rate monitor so I gave it a try. I was given a reading of around 60 and my actual heart rates was at 100. If it was off by only 10 I would continue to use it because I’m looking for a ball park number and not 100% accuracy but that’s a huge difference. About a minute later I get checked at a real office, and I’m actually 130. Most apps have these nowadays, but this app you really can’t do anything unless you buy the subscription. Unless you watch three ads to unlock one of the things it’s supposed to do. Ontop of that it only unlocked for 30 minutes. You would have to do that with all of the features that you want to use. Unless you pay the money. Personally I’m not doing that every single day.
