**Developer response:** I'm sorry Check ID didn't work the way you needed it to — that's frustrating, and I understand wanting your money back. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and they're generally quick to process. Separately, I'd love to understand what went wrong with scanning so I can improve it. Many scan issues come down to lighting, glare, or a specific ID type the app didn't recognize, and those are things I can fix or work around if I know about them. If you're open to sharing details, the Feedback form inside the app (Settings → Feedback) or the form at checkidapp.com goes straight to me. Suggestions are always welcome.

The app is almost useless. Barely works. Not sure why you decided to change your API but it simply won’t scan.
