Living alone, traveling solo or walking home on your own? Let someone you trust follow your check-in, without sharing your location all day.

Check-In helps you make a simple personal safety plan for everyday routines and time spent on your own. Set a timer, choose your people and check in before it runs out.

A CHECK-IN THAT FITS YOUR DAY
Set a countdown for your next check-in. Use repeating timers for a daily routine, or set one for a trip, walk or journey home. Adjust your timer when your plans change.

KEEP YOUR PEOPLE IN THE LOOP
Invite friends or family to follow your timer. If it becomes overdue, selected contacts can receive an in-app notification when alerts are enabled.

YOUR LOCATION. YOUR CHOICE.
Location sharing is optional. Choose to share at check-in, when a timer becomes overdue, or continuously. You control who can follow your timer and which sharing settings you use.

START WITH ONE TRUSTED PERSON
Agree on what your contact should do after a missed check-in. Try the setup together before relying on it in everyday life.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
To receive shared-timer notifications, contacts need Check-In installed, access to your timer and notifications enabled. Updates, alerts and location sharing depend on connectivity, device conditions and permissions. A missed check-in does not necessarily mean an emergency.
