## What is Check?

Has it ever happened to you that, without even realizing it… bam: two years have gone by without seeing a friend?

Check Friends was created to solve exactly that: to help you care for your friendships intentionally, before time slips away.

What makes Check Friends different isn’t just counting days.
It also takes the type of interaction into account.

It’s not the same to:
• Give a “like” on social media
• Send a message
• Make a phone call
• Meet in person
• See each other in a group

With Check Friends you can define, for each friend:
• How often you want to stay in touch
• What minimum level of interaction you consider enough

That way, the app doesn’t just alert you that time has passed — it also tells you if the relationship is getting stuck in interactions that are too superficial.

• Create friend profiles with notes, phone number, birthday, photo, and address
• Log interactions with date, place, notes, and interaction type

- Optional interaction target: you can use the app without frequency/level goals if you prefer.
