Quiero destacar el servicio de atención al cliente, son súper rápidos contestando y eficaces a la hora de resolver un problema. Hoy día no podría gestionar mis propiedades sin Check-in Scan. It is so easy to use, it even has the ability to “send later” if your internet has failed ( which mine often did). Has made what could have been a burden into a minute or twos work for each Check-in, and ensure we meet all our legal requirements easily . Well I could use every scan app, but it seems bad will that this app does not scan the adress. Futhermore your guest will receive an email link, where they have to fill in resservation and payment data of their reservation first before filling in their information. It turns out, my guest reject filling in, as they would have to search the data first. This is complete nonsense. I raised the issue to Cassandra from support, and she basically stated that they are not interested in improving this obvious beta version of app ### 1/5 — Funciona fatal con 15.6.1 *2022-09-23, version 3.2.39* La selección de fechas con la última versión de iOS funciona de pena. No permite seleccionar las fechas de forma cómoda. Cuando mueves la barra selectora de fechas la pantalla de iPhone se corre hacia abajo y la fecha vuelve al día actual teniendo que comenzar de nuevo. Makes everything easy as guests pre check in online with the link we send them and if get sent automatically to SES on the day of check in. We also get notifications once guests have completed their details and when it’s been sent off to SES.
