Keeping track of my clients and income was difficult and something to learn. I ran into this app on tiktok, mowing has never been easier. Great app that helps organize my client base and all their info. My favorite feature is the scheduling so I don’t forget about a lawn. I was using another app for quite a while that all the sudden just disappeared and could not find anymore and spent the last two years looking for something to do my scheduling my client list and also keep up with my revenue and expenses. Check is the easiest schedule app I’ve ever encountered everything can be done just a touch of a button. Also it’s the only lawn service app out there that has an amazing feature of your income you make for the day of work after you complete or even cancel jobs it works it all out for you. Only had one issue it was resolved the same day through communication via email. I opened one morning and all of my jobs for the week were gone and the app froze up. Every time you open the jobs tab the app freezes up. ### 2/5 — Meh *2021-10-13, version 2.0.2* Tried it out for a aeration/overseed/fert ext customer. Doesn’t do line items for different pricing of task or products. Has a few bugs deleted job and got a blank screen and they only way to get out of it was to close app and restart. I love how you can schedule and I honestly love everything about. Every time I completely a job it pop two more up for next week. I’m new and this my second month but I guess me putting all my clients in the schedule is messing y’all system up because now it’s starting to be a terrible service. No *2022-05-19, version 3.0.1* The route function used to be with the free version and worked. Now you have to pay to use any features (NOT happy about that but I digress) i paid for the subscription for the route function and automatic invoices. Neither function works. Route loads a white screen and nothing else, force close to get back to the home page. Invoices do NOT send after job completion. I have to manually send invoices, sometimes once, sometimes 3 times before a client receives an invoice. This app and company worked great before making you pay for it. Now my whole week starts with a migraine. I like this app and idea and thats the only reason for 3 stars, if they work out the bugs I am happy to adjust my review. In the meantime not a jappy paying customer. **Developer response:** Hey there! We want to apologize that the automated invoice and route features have not been working properly. We have released an update on May 22nd (Version 3.0.2) that solved the bug, plus we added an invoice feed feature where you can see when invoices are successfully sent! Appreciate your feedback! ### 3/5 — Could not even create a account *2021-07-22, version 1.7.0* I went to start creating a account and would not let me proceed from the beginning screen to put in my info so I even went back to sign in with google it would not let me push it idk what’s wrong with it I’m sure it’s a good app if those problems were fixed I would download it agin ### 3/5 — Looks good, but problems *2021-06-06, version 1.6.0* When I tried to add a charged amount, it goes to a white screen and then crashes back to the desktop. I’ve tried it on my iPhone and iPad - same issue on both. ### 4/5 — Check rating *2022-07-28, version 3.1.0* Overall it’s a solid app, but have been experiencing some issues that are really frustrating. When I send an invoice it sends my address instead of the clients after I had already put there’s in. Also, when I go to a job it takes way too long to open the job details if I just want to press job complete. Also when I try to change a job from one time to reaccuring it crashes so it messes up my schedule and sometimes I may skip a client one week because they don’t pop up on the schedule. Please fix this, I’d like to use this app long term but these issues need to be fixed asap **Developer response:** Hey there! Two things I would like to have a regular calendar view of the dates for mowings. And I’m not sure if this is on my end but the app is kinda slow sometimes and freezes frequently. First, it was nice if there was a skip option for a customer if the service is not needed that week. Second, I would like the ability to add a new customer in the middle of a route that I already have started. After my first month using check I realized how much stuff slipped thru my fingers monthly just from being over booked and to much on my plate. No more all that has been fixed the second I started using the app. Don’t leave money on the table get paid asap after a job, stay organized, and do your book work while u work. Don’t thinking about it just download it. ### 5/5 — Check Wants You to Succeed *2023-02-01, version 3.5.1* I have been running a lawn and landscape business for about five years, and just started using Check this offseason to prepare for the new year. I have noticed an automatic increase in productivity, even for the few winter jobs I have. Cannot wait to be helped by Check when things start to get busy. I love that It’s a relatively new app, so features are constantly improving. The customer service is top notch, they really care about you, the small business owner, and want to make Check do exactly what you need.
