## What is Check Please?

Check Please turns the card on your table into the fastest way to order.

Tap it with your phone and the menu opens — no app to download, no QR code to squint at, no waiting to catch someone's eye. Browse dishes photographed properly, preview them in augmented reality at actual size on your own table, and send your order straight to the kitchen.

Order together. Everyone at the table can add to the same round, and each dish stays attributed to the person who ordered it — so plates arrive without anyone having to ask "who had the branzino?".

Ask for water, a server, or the check with one tap.

Add a restaurant's card to Apple Wallet and your visits count themselves. Your table remembers you next time.

Check Please doesn't process your payment — you settle up with your server exactly as you always have.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-14

Order from the app. If you have Check Please installed, tapping the card on your table now opens your table right here — and if you've kept that restaurant's card in Wallet, we already know your name.

See where Check Please works. The first screen now lists restaurants you can visit, each with its full menu.

Also: photos in the menu list, a clear prompt if you tap a different table's card, and a fix that sent some dishes to the bar instead of the kitchen.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-24

Quiet table — if you'd rather not be interrupted, say so and we'll bring your order without checking in. Made for working lunches and for conversations you don't want paused.

Also: a new app icon, and small fixes to the menu and your table's order screen.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-09-22
