After ten minutes of trying to scan it finally picked up a few characters of the vin. Charge went foward & no reply! Lesson learned! RE: Accidental purchase of you VIN Decoder app & respectfully request a VOID I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. This was a complete accident. I would have no need for a VIN lookup but it DOES look like a great program if I did. I am contacting you within minutes of realizing my error. Again, I am so sorry. Manually entered the vin number of my 2013 Dodge Ram and it just keeps coming back to the enter vin screen. Also tried to scan the bar code on the door, but it wouldn’t even scan it. But when I tried to view the Vin History it said that my “app is not in my country or region?” I hope I didn’t purchase an app that can’t do what it advertise on the information page saying that I can view history.
